Pokémon Card Japanese Rowlet The Scream Munch Promo 290/SM-P

In Japan, this card was released as one of the SM-P Promotional cards and was available as part of a collaboration between the Pokémon Company and the Munch: A Retrospective exhibition present at the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum between October 27, 2018 and January 20, 2019. The illustration draws inspiration from Edvard Munch's The Scream, the 1910 version (tempera on cardboard) of which was displayed in Japan for the first time as part of the exhibition. Rowlet was 1 of 3 cards customers could select to receive at participating Pokémon Centers and Pokémon Stores with the purchase of any 2 booster packs starting November 2, 2018. Each card was limited to 1 per person in a transaction and the Pokémon Center Online was specifically excluded from the promotion.
