Estimated Delivery Times

Items are usually dispatched 2 working days after purchase, we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for most items and Special 1pm for anything over £200

SHIPPING COSTS

To make things easier we have set up a Flat Rate Shipping Fee of £4.99 for all orders under £100. We have done this because it gets very complex when calculating weight and sizes through third party apps, we have to also adjust our prices with royal mail. We refuse to use EVRI... because y'know.

Because of our Flat Rate Shipping Fee we don't take short cuts on our packaging we use correctly sized boxes, bubble wrap, jiffybags, toploaders and other packaging supplies appropriately for your order.

All items worth over £20 are sent Tracked/Signed.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to all of Europe, the USA and Canada.

Please select which rate is correct for your shipment for example;

One Pokémon Card will be classed as a Letter

One Booster Pack will be classed as a Large Letter

One Booster Box will be classed as a Small Parcel.

Please use common sense to select the correct shipping rate. If you do not select the correct shipping rate we will have to notify you of the under payment for shipping which will delay your order, we will not release your order until the shipping payment has been paid in full.

We have set up our International Rates based off Weight however, if you purchase an amount over £250 the cost of the shipping will be more, we will notify you if this happens and update you on how much more it will be. This is due to having to cover the full insurance of the parcel to its final destination. Our postal service charges more for this so we have to charge more too unfortunately.

CUSTOMS DUTY/TAX/HANDLING FEES

Please be aware that customs duty, tax and handling fees may need to be paid when the item you are purchasing enters your home country. The duty and tax price depend on what you buy and where you live so please check your official government website to check what they charge. Some countries allow up to a certain amount tax free.

We are not responsible for these costs and receive no money from it, your government charges you for them so you must pay them.

Please do not ask us to mark the item as gift or undervalue it to avoid these fees we cannot do it, it is against the law to dodge tax.
