Returns Policy
We have a 14 day return policy in accordance with GOV.UK -

Which means you have within 14 days of receiving your goods to notify us that you want to return your order. You then have another 14 days to return the goods if you need extra time.

Please visit https://www.gov.uk/accepting-returns-and-giving-refunds for information on when you have to offer refunds and accept returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return postage must be paid for by the customer and our P&P charges will not be refunded.

Kuma Cards can not be held responsible for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by a delayed/lost/misrouted orders.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Trading Card Returns/ Card Condition Disagreements

We have been selling trading cards for a long time and unfortunately in this business there are alot of scammers and exploiters just waiting to take advantage of unlucky buyers or sellers. 

To protect ourselves we:

  1. ALWAYS post tracked or signed for over £20 and immediatley update tracking.
  2. High value cards have their pictures and videos taken prior to sending so they cannot be swap scammed, evidence is then posted to the customers email address prior to receiving so they can also see their cards condition before they receive the item.
  3. Cards are always sent in toploaders with a post it slip for easy remove access, so it is almost impossible to receive a card damaged in the post.
  4. If we suspect foulplay, your details will be reported and recorded to - Action Fraud, Shopify, Paypal, Official Scam site for certain TCG game. Your account will be banned and black listed on all major social media pages.
  5. In some cases for very expensive items we will use Invisible Ink Pens to mark the item so that we can always know if something has been swapped out. 

Geniune mistakes can happen and disagreements should be able to be sorted out through our Card Grading System, we follow a strict grading system that works for thousands of people on other large card selling websites.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We will not refund P&P charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
